The Special Sitting of Parliament to honour the former Dokolo District Woman MP, Hon Cecilia Ogwal is underway with the Speaker Rt Hon Anitah Annet Among chairing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her opening remarks, the Speaker described late Ogwal as a strong woman who left a trail wherever she went.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
