The National Resistance Movement (NRM) Electoral Commission, chaired by Dr. Tanga Odoi, today officially opened the nomination process for party candidates vying for the Kisoro District Woman Member of Parliament seat.<\/p>\n

This by-election follows the vacancy left by the late Hon. Sarah Mateke Nyirabashitsi, who also served as the State Minister for Defence.<\/p>\n
