Jamie \u2018Iceman\u2019 Stevenson, a notorious 59-year-old crime lord from Rutherglen, South Lanarkshire, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after being convicted of orchestrating a \u00a3100 million cocaine smuggling operation.<\/p>\n

The audacious plot to flood the UK with cocaine, hidden in banana boxes from South America, was foiled by authorities in September 2020 when Border Force officials intercepted the drugs at Dover.<\/p>\n
