An Ohio woman who became the center of national attention after a shocking video surfaced of her allegedly eating a cat has been sentenced to one year in prison for animal cruelty.<\/p>\n
Allexis Ferrell, 27, of Canton, Ohio, was arrested on August 16 after police body camera footage captured her crouching on all fours, biting into the feline. Authorities reported finding blood on Ferrell\u2019s feet and hands, along with fur on her lips.<\/p>\n
