He ordered that all such vehicles be removed within this week.<\/p>\n<p>Ecweru further called upon the Police to ensure strict enforcement of the directive, warning that failure to comply would attract action in accordance with traffic and urban planning regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Jinja Road is one of the busiest entry and exit routes to Kampala, linking the capital to eastern Uganda.
