\u201cWe are going to change the clause in the standing orders which says that you are permanent and pensionable. We are going to add on that you are permanent and pensionable if you deliver,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
The proposed reforms signal a shift from guaranteed job security to a results-based system, where public servants will be required to meet set performance targets to retain their positions.<\/p>\n
