The East African Community (EAC) Inter-Parliamentary Games 2024 have officially begun following a vibrant opening ceremony led by H.E. Dr. William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya.
The event commenced with a colorful procession through the historic streets of Mombasa, setting the stage for this year’s much-anticipated competition.
Bringing together members of parliament from across the EAC region, the games aim to foster unity, collaboration, and a shared spirit of sportsmanship. This annual event not only highlights the strength of regional integration but also celebrates the diverse cultures and traditions of East Africa.
