Bunya West MP Donates Land to NRM for New Party Offices

The Bunya West MP and NRM Chairman for Mayuge district, Hon. Aggrey Henry Bagiire, has donated land for the construction of new NRM party offices, highlighting his appreciation for the party’s leadership and its contributions to the community.

He made a notable contribution to his party by donating land for the construction of new NRM offices.

The 0.0760-hectare land title was handed over to the NRM Secretary General, Rt. Hon. Richard Todwong, today at the party secretariat located at plot 10, Kyadondo Road in Nakasero.

During the handover ceremony, Bagiire, who has also served as the Minister of State for Agriculture, expressed that the decision to donate the land was a family one, made in gratitude for the positive impacts and opportunities provided by the NRM party and its leader, President Yoweri Museveni.

“My family and I agreed to give out this land in appreciation to the NRM party and its leader President Museveni for the good things and opportunities we have today,” Bagiire said to the NRM secretariat leaders.

Rt. Hon. Richard Todwong, receiving the land title, thanked Bagiire and his family for their generous contribution, emphasizing the importance of such gestures in strengthening the party’s infrastructure and capacity to serve its members and the community.

The new party offices will serve as a hub for NRM activities, facilitating better coordination and outreach in the region.

This donation underscores the ongoing support and loyalty within the NRM ranks and highlights the collaborative efforts to enhance the party’s presence and operational capabilities.
