A senior Iranian military commander has declared that Iran will continue fighting despite the escalating conflict involving the United States and Israel.

Speaking in a televised address, Kioumars Heydari said Iran has no intention of laying down its weapons and is prepared to sustain the conflict for as long as necessary.

Heydari stated that the Iranian military is not worried about how long the war may last, stressing that the country’s primary focus is ensuring that the conflict ends in Iran’s favor. He emphasized that Iranian forces remain determined and will continue fighting until they achieve what he described as victory over their enemies.

His remarks come amid rising tensions in the region following a series of military confrontations involving the United States and Israel, which have further heightened fears of a wider conflict in the Middle East.

Iranian officials have repeatedly maintained that the country will defend its sovereignty and respond decisively to any aggression against its territory or interests.
